The high quality of service and care that defines us is made
possible because of the excellence and professionalism of a team
of incredibly dedicated and talented people.
Our staff undergo a
thorough training program when they are hired at Serenity
including CPR and first aid training, safety training and
emergency procedures. A great deal of care goes into hiring the
right people for our facilities. Kind hearted, experienced
caregivers who are capable of delivering the quality of care
that we do not compromise at Serenity.

Staff Commitment
We offer our residents the optimum personal attention and
care with a resident/staff ratio of 5:1.
In addition, we have
our full-time Activity Coordinator, our kitchen staff, our
part-time Registered Nurse, and our Director, Susan Dixson, who
lives on site.
